Since 2012, I’ve specialized in individual counseling for adults navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and other personal struggles. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling as well as a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage & Family.

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, empathy, and respect. I believe that healing begins in a safe and supportive environment, where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you find clarity, build emotional resilience, and move toward the life you want with greater confidence and self-direction.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Christian counseling.
